The Mayor of Bolton’s Grand Charity Ball

A fabulous evening of entertainment and food all in aid of the Mayor’s Charity appeal supporting 3 wonderful Bolton charities.

Set in the beautiful Bolton Town Hall, guests enjoy an evening of glamour, a complimentary drink on arrival, a sumptuous 3 course meal provided by the fabulous chef Michael Harrison who has worked with celebrity chef’s including Marco Pierre-White, James Martin and Michael Caines MBE to name but 3, live entertainment provided by the wonderful Vogue Duo and DJ all while supporting incredible Bolton charities.

Starter- Soy glazed duck with date puree, shaved fennel, pickled shiitake mushrooms
Mains- Rump of Lamb, pea, shallot & pearl barley stew finished with rich lamb jus
Dessert- Lemon meringue, raspberry compote
